Overcoming Mental Health Burnout and Finding The Glimmers with John Williams
If you want to hear the stories of ordinary people, their ups and downs and of course their glimmers then this is the podcast for you.
In our inaugural episode, we meet John Williams a 62-year-old New Zealander and former high-flying businessman who eventually reached burnout which took his first marriage and mental health. With astonishing honesty and vulnerability, John tells his story of how he has climbed back from rock bottom and has created a life he is proud of, where his mental health, his beautiful family and building a community are now top of his priorities. As a business coach, president of his local Lions branch and aspiring author of a book about men’s mental health and vulnerability, John has so much wisdom to impart. His is a story of hope and that although we all go through difficult situations, sometimes of our own making, there are always glimmers.
